Is there a city where bank and crafting bench super close?

Any recommendation? Right now, I'm using the one in Summerset but the bank is far apart from the crafting zone. I don't have morrowind dlc, so cannot use that one too/

Rawl'kha in Reapers March works well. It has crafting, bank, stable, market vendors, writs, outfit station, outlaws refuge, and even a house (Sleek creek house). The only thing it's missing is a master writ vendor and an Undaunted enclave. It can be a bit crowded though so you may experience some load times.

Dhalmora in Ball Foyen has a banker in the same hut as the crafting stations. And that hut has no door, so no loading screen. Only stations missing are a cooking fire (but there's one down at the beach) and a jewelry crafting station.
I bought Humblemud, right nextdoor and very cheap, and put a jewelry station and cooking fire in that house.

i like shadow feen the crafting and the bank are close and the outlaw thing is behind the bank and there is a house alsol near it

The best place for crafting with an outdoors bank in the middle of the crafting stations is Vivec City in Vvardenfell.

For my dailies I go to Rivenspire, Shornhelm.

The Blacksmith, Clothing and Woodwork stations are next to the Banker, as well as the Stablemaster and the Writ Deposit boxes.
Hop on your horse for the Alchemy, Enchanting and Jewelry stations, they're at the market square. There are other more nearby places as others have pointed out, but I started doing my writs here, and I feel accustomed to it.

I've also beginning to like the Shornhelm's Banker quirky dialogue.

Yes, but you have to travel first from Wayshrine to the Upper Level which is annoying.

Velyn Harbor in Malabar Tor (bottom left corner of the map). Crafting, Bank, stables, writ board and writ deposit boxes are very close to each other.
