Vampire skill line worth buying?

The crown version is fully lvled as far as I know. You only need to lvl the skills so you can morph them.

It is not fully leveled as I bought it for one of my characters, just wanted it from the start for RP reasons. I have gotten it on another character from another PC. Its essentially the same.

Well I have not bought it, but in the description it says you'll reach lvl 10 vampirism and you need only to lvl the skills, so you can choose which morph you want . Besides all the crown store skill lines just unlock everything and the only thing you require to do is to have the skill points and to lvl the skills until you can morph them.

Generally speaking I'd rather get it from a player or join a vampire guild like I did. The only con is that at low lvls it takes forever to lvl up the skill line.
