Greymoor Collector's edition upgrade

Is it possible to get the Greymoor CE in steam or do I have to buy that on the website and if I have to how do I use that on my steam account?

Cause I don't want to pay 70€ euros for the one in the shop which includes the base game and all other chapters. I only want the Greymoor CE upgrade

As long as your Steam account is linked to your ESO account, you can buy it on their website.

Unless you are totally impatient, you can wait till the expected Greymoor event, probably in September. If it follows the same pattern as Summerset and Elsweyr, you can expect a 50% discount then.

I have the base game on steam, but bought greymoor on humble bundle. Gave me a key for eso's website which I have linked to my steam account. So steam doesnt think i have it, but i have the expansion when i log in.
