Crown store refund?

Is there a ways to refund crown store purchase I bought the any race any alliance thinking it would allow me to change faction too so I could pvp with a friend to find out I can't is there a way to refund this?

You can always place a support ticket and ask. https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ . Under Billing and have a game purchase issue

You can go to the help section IN-GAME, choose your category and explain your problem.

I've got 3 refunds this way.

Dont be too hastey about getting the refund though, as alliance change tokens are going to be put into the game with Greymoor chapters release. Presumably, you will need to have the any race any alliance unlock to be able to change them though. Havent seen a direct answer to whether that is the case or not, but Im sure it will be necessary.

Unless the alliance token also includes a free racechange.

o really i did not know this its about time i would have not problem lvling a new character to pvp with my friend on his faction but i already put 50 or so hrs on this guy and i dont really want to make a new guy yet

Interesting idea, though I think I would consider that more of a mandatory respec to one of that alliances races than a free race change.
