Why dose ESO keep removing traits?

Getting really annoyed about this every major update one of the triats I loved is gone, insted of jsut adding the new one they keep on replacing the trait entirly. I am getting really sick of this, there not even traits that are strong enough to be unfair to the game especialy the last oen I noticed that got removed that only get u a small bit more gold on creatures.
so 1 why dose ESO keep doing this and 2 how can we get the mto stop making this dumb decision??

changing prosperous is actually a good thing. Almost everytime any prosperous gear that drops is trashed because why.... prosperous trait is trash
