Coldwinds Skull? Armlet of Torug?

Can someone point me in the right direction to finding the Coldwinds Skull and the Armlet of Torug, I can not find it and I have all museum slots complete.

I know this is 7 years later, but for anyone who still needs this, You get the quests once you become the Hero of Wrothgar. I assume this is completing the main quest line.

It's true that once you've handed in all the items for the museum, you have to do the quest 'Kiss of Sorrow' to get Tourog's bracelet from the highest mountain in Whrotgar. This item is placed in the museum right next to the stairs on the left by the pillar (where the item Coldwind's Skull goes for the collection). This final quest starts the next day (when you get the next login reward) at the tailor opposite the notice board (the path when you go down from the camp to the tailor, past the shrine)
