How do you use the Ice Reach Medallion?
How do you use the stupid thing? Hint use the medallion but I haven't got a clue how.

You just move into the market area and press E when you get the info to do that.

I never got a animation to push any buttons.

Someone said the same thing on Bethesda forums. Push E and walk around.

It never worked at least in the beginning. I just followed some others around who appeared to know what they were doing and got what I needed to progress onto the next step. After that it did work.
