Can't access Guild-related activity's and I think no-one hears my whispers... Please Explain

Hey Scroll'ers

I just recently came back to ESO because my pc was broken for a few months, I had collected many items and resources to sell in guild-stores so I could prepare for 160cp, Im now at 140 and tried to sell my stuff, I also wanted to buy some stuff from guild traders. Im in 5 trading guilds (I do not need any other type of guilds) and cant even access any of them trough the banker... I laso cannot buy from other guilds, there's simply NO dialog option at the banker or traders to get into the listings, the traders only give me the option to say "goodbye" to them.

I've did some research and came to the conclusion I spammed my chatbox with Votan's minimap (Because it was verbose on every lagspike the minimap created, and It was a ****ton of messages), I also though it might have been because of "Personal Assistant" that I might be muted or something because it did spam the vendors to repair and sell my gear and items I put in my junk. But I also noticed no-one selling in zone chat was responding to my whispers, I think they simply didn't see my messages because of some type of mute.

Can anyone give me more info on what is happening and if this mute "flag" will be gone in some time since I disabled all addons that where verbose in chatbox or did some tick-manipulation while trading or banking. At this point im wondering that if: I make another character and mail my stuff to sell to traders; that even works and im not being bugged out on other characters, I also might even mail my stuff to another Account (not character) if that would be possible.

I would delete anything in my addon folder and attempt to reload the ui.

Ive not heard of anything like this yet, but it sounds like you have something wrong with your files, or you have a restriction placed on you after some type of trading/gold situation?

Do you know what kind of restriction this might be? I tried disabling all addons and restarting the game already, no success :(

I have to try it again but I was so sad about it i didnt wanna play all week, update soon on how long this might have taken and with support tickets being understood as not being able to create a guild, I have asked multiple times why I cant use kiosks, mail or use any traders at all
