Dungeon Queue not working

Recently after the whole server crisis, some of my friends are able to join a random dungeon queue but they will wait for hours and it will never pop. Also you cannot leave the queue other than logging out. Another friend cant even click on join queue, just nothing happens. This is dumb because the event is going on and they are missing huge XP. This needs fixed and a extention on the 2X XP.

are you dmg because they alwasy take the longest i can go whit my healer and get into a dungeone instantly

No, its for all 3. and plus damage only takes like 15min usually. im fine getting in a queue but my friends cant even click the queue button.

If it was only the waitingtime.
Waited 20min to get in there and fought 30 min there, Was never behind and took fully up my part with dmg,
Then you had 1 who died begging us to stand in circle,
It.s the healers job to keep him alive not a dmg dealer.
Since i didn.t went in circle he several times asked to kick me.'

Suddently i was kicked bec. this whining.
1 hour for nothing. When you get that up in the heat of hattle it's so easy to press to get it off your screen.

And seriously there are talk in 30 percent of kicking someone who get lost etc.

I find this worse than the waiting time. Not everyone knows these dungeons as their poicket.
Voting is being abused and i thing several just quit because of it.
That is there for those who try to abuse not the others.
It can be confusing when picking up stuff and all has ran when you look up.
And only bec. someone need to show off and run,run,run
They are just there for experience not for the stuff as most do...

Dungeon queue has been disfunctional for weeks, I am getting almost EVERYTIME - someone did not join, or what ever, request to group CANCELLED..!!!
So the whole process has to restart...

But when you change instances - It SUDDENLY works...

Sounds like a P2P Clienting issue..

One of the failings of a cheaper method of "trying" to network customers...

if you don't join while in queue in the first 10 seconds, just leave the queue and rejoin
repeat until it pops instantly.
