WHAAT?
I play only PvE and not trash like PvP this is for LoL or CS Kiddies
Maybe try Black Desert Online, Tera or other action similar MMORPGs.
Then you don't want "faster action" claimed in your OP.
If you want to do better in ESO, I suggest you look into all of these things individually - I recommend following Alqast's guide for PvE builds: https://alcasthq.com/eso-pve-builds/
EDIT: I already said this, but look into weaving if you don't know what it is! It'll help your DPS quite a bit!
If you simply want to play another game with a more fast-paced action combat, I recommend Black Desert Online. It's heavily influenced by p2w-elements and is more about the grind than it is anything else, but their combat is by far the best on the MMO-scene.
I search a fast Class if there is no fast class then this is ok lol
what does "fast class" even mean? If you are looking for a class that has a high damage output. basically all of them can do comparable numbers, however your gear and skills play a huge part of this. If you want a burst dps class, templars are actually pretty good at burst.
Big Swords = Slow
Small Weapon and Light Armor = Faster Gameplay
ESO and Dark Souls are far too different to make a comparison. All weapons in the game can do light attacks at basically the same speed, though there is a difference for them doing heavy attacks (though this is most likely to be changed so all heavy attacks take the same time in an upcoming update to the game). Each class has skills that are fast, and skills that are slow. Your armor doesn't change the speed at which you move or do actions (except for a few specific sets that state in the set bonus they increase movement speed) they more have an effect on your damage output, resource regeneration, and defense ie more medium armor means your weapon critical rating is higher and stamina regen is higher, more light increases your spell penetration and mag regen, more heavy increases your resistances and health regen.
edit - its worth noting that these benefits from armor come from the passive skills in their skill lines, and arent immediately inherent to wearing them.
But the Addons are so small and they want way to much money for just one small Landscape
