2018 Macbook pro performance issues
so i bought a brand new 2018 15" macbook pro i7 6 core, 16gb ram 555x gpu 4gb ddr5. installed eos and noticed the image looks like a game from the 90s . super super bad res and it looks the same regardless what settings i use. also noticed the macbook supported resolutions are not in the eso settings? im thinking thats the main issue. i can get the game to be playable however it looks AWFUL. no lie if u have evefr played old school runescape eso is that pixelated.

was hoping anyone could help a new eso member out and fix these issues. i submitted a ticket to the eso tech team on their website hoever who knows how long it will take to get a response.

PLEASE HELP!

You could always run the repair on the game Launcher it's located under Options. Not sure if that will fix your problem or not not going to hurt to try it.
Good luck have an awesome day

Does that model have a discrete graphics card? What graphics card is it? Is it enabled for ESO?

It sounds like it's trying to use the integrated graphics on your processor which is crap for gaming.

Edit: I just notice you do have a discrete Radeon Pro 555. You need to enable the discrete graphics for ESO. I think on the Mac you'll find it under Apple menu > System Preferences > Energy Saver.
