i see there is event mount but how to obtain it?

The luminous berries are not available yet. That will be the summer indrik. Right now is only Dawnwood.

Incorrect, the Dawnwood Indrik berries are no longer available. The first of the 4 luminous berries is available from the event merchant. Not sure if each berry will be available as each different week of this event progresses, but its a good chance youll be able to get the Luminous one from this event.

okay, so there will be an event merchant near the large city of each alliances starting zone. There is one South east of Davons Watch in Stonefalls, East of Daggerfall in Glenumbra and North of Vulkhel Guard in Auridon. They look like little white boxey calendary looking things with stars on them on your map. At the store, you can purchase the 4 different feathers which will allow you to unlock the Nascent Indrik mount. Then it requires 4 of the specific type of berries like Dawnwood, or now Luminous, to transmute the Nascent Indrik into the new type of mount. The feathers and the berries cost 10 event tickets each, meaning to get Nascent Indrik you need 40 tickets, and then 40 more to turn it into the Luminous Indrik. You get event tickets by doing a specific thing during each event, like a quest or kill a boss, for this the Anniversary event, you have to use the collectible for the 2019 jubilee cake, and then interact with the cake by eating a slice to get 2 event tickets each day, and a 2 hr exp buff that can be refreshed any time you want. The 2 tickets can be earned daily, and the reset is at 2 am eastern

There's not enough tickets to earn in this event alone to get both the nascent and the luminous Indrik (I think it's 72 tickets for the whole event) so you should focus on the berries since they won't come back in the future unlike the feathers (there's still two other types of evolved Indrik to get through those events as far as I know).
