How for Orsinium quest

OK I am old player since Morrowind. Just finished Summer... and now want to start Orsinium
but how? looked up walktthru's etc but..
(being Dominion went to Vulkhel) but no Forge Mother Alga, nor Ambassador in sight. Nobody approach me I ran around like a maniac).
Took caravan to Wrothgar but there is no Ambassador either, on map no sign of caravan being attacked.
Went to Collections tab. Went to Tent as Vestige etc etc. Nobody gives me this quest!
Is that spooked? (my other chars got it via messenger). But this is my main, I need to do that quest!

With the new UI, go to wrothgar, open the group finder (P by default I think), there should be a continue zone story button, It will tell you the location of the next mission NPC on the map.

Thank you so much. With Orsinium being the latest place to go to, quite obviously ESO don't want you to carry on by making it impossible to find the place/get a quest.
Really - this is not good. Do they actually have a management in ESP admin or is it run by a bunch of teens on holiday? Or grandfathers on viagra?

Yeah Orsinium can be quite tough to get too the first time around
