Does race influence dialogue?
I've only recently installed the game, but I was just wondering whether one's race would influence how NPCs talk to you

For instance, I'm playing through Morrowind at the moment; if I were to be an Argonian, would the Dunmer speak to me with distaste? As apposed to being another race which they might be more friendly towards

Sometimes. I had Argonian quest givers sometimes refer to me as their kin, but most of the time quest speeches are neutral and sometimes they don't fit you at all.

Rarely.

This is a shame. It would have been cooler and more immersive if they had made your race (and even as far as your class) impact how dialogue rolls out

It happens but it's so small that most people don't notice. Like my high elf has had many people comment on him being a high elf, but it's usually small things like another high elf calling you brethren.

The newer quest usually do, the main ones will definitely not have anything special as it's dated before one tamriel.

No, but I know twice I talked to people and there was a option for vampires, once it was in Summerset during the main storyline or a side quest. And the other in Morrowind, for the morrowind one I was doing dailies, went in a delve and found a NPC who was a vampire, he talked about being part of a guard but got attacked and got infected.

All the racism Iv endured as khajiit is many.
Pretty sure the answer is no
I just downloaded the game and chose a Khajiit as my character. Even though I'm in Elsweyr, certain Khajiit NPCs still refer to me as "outsider"

You can be a khajiit and still be an outsider from Elsweyr...

I can't count how many times my dunmer had some comments just from argonians I passed by. Since we were talking about Elsweyr, many quests will offer conversation options unique to khajiits (of course you won't see that if you if you just go through the conversation in 2 seconds and/or only stick to the first line and "Goodbye").

The others pretty much covered me , but I wanted to add that being a ww or a vampire sometimes influence the dialogues [ At least I remember one quest in summerset that the ncp mentioned me being a ww and another in the DB quest line , I was a vampire if I remember correctly and i commented about Hildegard being a ww or sth ] .

It seems the same as other Elder Scrolls games where there's only minor dialogue changes. I think you can expect more variation in the DLC stuff.

I don’t think it does. My main is a Breton Templar and the Orcs in Betnikh were practically bragging about killing Bretons and conquering their island.

Only in few instances...

I've played as werewolf and not once had unique dialog. Werewolves don't show up as werewolf until you change so no one knows you're a werewolf.
As a vampire if you allow your change to go too far people will call you out and even stop sales from happening since you are a vamp.

Bosmer get called canibals at times, or insulted by High Elves
