Question on Specific items [Destroy, keep or Reacquire?]

Long story short, I'm still a beginner and haven't been very far in the game yet, but, I was just wondering.

Can you reacquire items/armor/weapons such as 'The Collar of Bones", "The Sentinel's Lash" or "Er-Jaseen's Worn Jack" (and similar such items) if you destroy them, in any way?

I know these items aren't very strong or unique in any way, and I'll likely forget about them if I ever do get to the endgame stuff honestly. But! I also have huge "completionist/Perfectionist OCD" is the reason why I ask. Just want to know if I'll end of banking them or if there's some sort of way of crafting them later on I don't know about.

No you cant get it again unless you make another character. there is no achievement in getting all unique named equipment as I know of. so it's a waste of space

Ah! Okay, and thank you so much! Really. I usually play the Elder Scrolls games as a "collector" is why I got so hung up on this question after I couldn't find a good enough answer online.
