How much bandwidth do you have available? If you're only operating with 2-4Mbps or so, you can probably expect constant disconnects in most games these days. :(
I have 35Mbps of bandwidth.
I've sent a ticket to Zenimax support, they asked for the report from the game consultant app, now I'm waiting for their answer. But I'm more inclined to believe this is a problem of my combo, or my ISP limiting heavy access from both computers at same time.
For me happens anywhere, sometime just can't even load the character if another computer is already logged.
In fact, it's a problem with my combo modem/router and the poor structure of the ISP. And they will do nothing because for them everything is ok and "is the game problem locking two accounts, because our customers use the same service and modem to play games and blablabla".
Time to find another ISP. I want to play serious games, not farmville.
Zenimax support helped me to find the issue too. At least now I have the e-mail with the proof that is not the game blocking the accounts.
