if you right click on the jewelry and the enchant option appears empty it means the glyph is not compatible with the item. Glyphs have to be in the same level range as the item.
Be sure the glyph is compatible in both glyph type and the same level range as the piece you are trying to enchant.

Weapon Damage Glyphs are attached to Weapons.

Omg you dont get it... i just said that because it gives weapon damage. I do have the increase physical harm glyph
There is 2 types of weapon damage glyphs(enchantments), the pentagon ones goes on weapons, the circle ones goes on jewels. If you right click on a jewel and there is no enchantment option showing that either means the enchantment is not at the right level to enchant said jewel or that you have the same enchantment already on your jewel.
You need to post the screenshots of your jewelry and glyphs then.
Okay so I have 3 Examplary Infused Jewelry, and I cant enchant my 160CP Physical Harm Jewelry Glyphs on them.
Does it have anything to do my Gylphs and Jewelry being purple?
You're probably trying to enchant the accesories that are meant to be researched.

EDIT: Does it say "This necklace/ring is intended to be researched at a Jewelry Crafting Station etc..."?

Exemplary = research jewelry?

So I have to research the jewelry first? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥... I need summerset asap lol
Not really, you need to research those to be able to craft accesories with that trait. These aren't meant to be equipped.
Dude no. You don't "need to research the jewelry first". Those "Exemplary" jewelry are not meant to be used/equipped/enchanted. They're for researching traits. The Exemplary Infused Necklace is for you to learn the Infused trait on jewelry, it's not for you to wear it.

Those glyphs would be wasted anyway. Why would you ever want to wear jewelry that doesn't have any set bonuses? Attach those glyphs to a useful jewelry, which are set items.
