Divine Restoration impossible to solo?

I just reached "Destroy Central Core" and I'm not even close to being able to solo this. The amount of damage it chucks out with no chance to avoid it is insane. Am I missing something or is this impossible to solo. FYI I'm a lvl 10 dual wielding nightblade. I have a bow too but that went even worse.

Sounds like a quest from the main Morrowind questline, so definitely doable in solo. What level is your gear ?

NVM I was over-complicating it. I just stood toe to toe with it and used Strife to stay standing.
