Crafting at Noble's Conquest?

I have a master writ for crafting at Noble's Conquest. I need to start understanding the Imperial area as well as the Imperial City, I guess. I do have the Imperial DLC, but I haven't seen how to start quests there, only the battle crates that I received when I passed Level 10. Is there a good "how to" or other threads that can help? Thanks.

must travel to Cyrodiil, once there, you must run to centre of map ( Lake ) there are 3 different enterance there, that take you to the IMPERIAL CITY SEWERS. If you are on NA server, you can join my very small guild and do your Noble's Conquest master writ at my place in Wayrest. I own that set. @neverwalk
