Faction storyline bug?
Hey guys, I just finished Glenumbra region questline for the daggerfall convenant, and the quest mark for "A Dangerous Dream" brought me, instead of Stormhaven, to Vulkhel guard, where "Storm in the horizon" (which is a quest for AD) started as soon as I got there, so now I've got two faction questlines. Is this a bug or is it supposed to happen when you travel to an AD territory?

Sometimes the markers can be notoriously dodgy. You do need to be in Stormhaven. Ignore the AD quest and make your way back to the correct zone. You should need to do the following: On the road from Crosswych to Koeglin Village, there is wrecked wagon with dead guards around it. Talk to Recruit Thomas, who pleads to find Captain Jerick, who was taken by the Supernal Dreamers to a nearby camp. It is just up the road towards Koeglin village.

Thank you man! Yep I saw from the map that Stormhaven was just north of Glenumbra so I went from there, weird that the quest marker brought me to the ship lol
So I can just ignore the AD quest? Will it be a problem in the future tho?

No. One of the nice things about this game is that the person who gave you the AD quest will still be waiting patiently for you months down the line. They won't even ask you where you've been. If it annoys you in your quest journal, abandon it and you can start again when you want to.
