InstallAnywhere not working

Hey im a returning player for ESO. Ive had no issues whenever ive reinstalled the game before but since recently after downloading the game and starting it. the installanywhere app opens up and says "Unable to execute the desired program. Please get another copy of the installer and try again."
Ive followed some of the methods the community has given but ive had no success.
Most of the forums in the official site and steam ask to redownload the installer from the official website but i cant seem to find it there. Is there some workaround for this? Please help!

Can't help you but as nobody has jumped in I suggest you raise a ticket with ESO support.

i actually found a way. you can make a new user on your windows. apparently the old windows user had some file that was interfering with the install. i just made a new user with admin rights and it worked flawlessly
