Missing Psijic Order Skill Line
Purchased eso plus and started playing summerset completed first mission and i didnt got skill line?

yeah you have to do the quest for the order. Summerset's main quest line is separate from the order's quest line. finish the first part of the order's quest line to find the breaches and the skill line should open for you
