Menus take up 2x space and more zoomed in on ultrawides after update?

I play on a 21:9 monitor, but after the update....the character screen is *significantly* more zoomed in and the menu bars take up almost 2x as much room as they used to? (The one running along the bottom of the screen when you call up the menu and the inventory menus)


My wife and I play on 21:9 monitors and both of us immediately noticed it when the character selection screen came up and when we loaded in.

We tried adjusting the FOV, made sure we were in fullscreen mode like we were before the update and set to 3440x1440, but it doesn't seem to affect the menu sizes or the character selection screen. Even gameplay seems somehow narrower/more zoomed?

It's extremely strange, we haven't changed anything besides the update.

Anyone else noticing anything like this?

Yes it's a bug when u play with controllers, if y play with mouse/keyboard the interface/menus/icons dont change

They changed the scaling with controllers.

That's odd, we've both been playing with a controller for some time and never noticed it before this update. Thanks for the heads up!
