Do every tutorial give a skillpoint on completion?

The only time you get a "tutorial" is when you start a new character and it does give the new toon a skill point. Even, I believe, if you skip the tutorial
If you do not start a new toon when Greymoore drops then you will not get a "tutorial" or a skill point.
You will have to do the zone quest(s) which normally give skill points as a reward.

So yes, alright. didn't think you got one if you skipped it though, maybe they changed that.

So yes, alright. didn't think you got one if you skipped it though, maybe they changed that.

Yes, definitely. When you start the new character the game gives you the choice to skip because you've already done a tutorial. The latest character I started I got two skill points because the game decided I would be level 3 by the time I got through the tutorial - even though I skipped it. (Elseweyr)
