That depend from where you are, my connection perform better with NA from where I'm from

Try both, it's okay to have characters on NA and EU, but if NA is the server that you bought game on that is where you buy future content for

Best to stick as close to your timezone - you will eventually want to run Trials and Dungeons with Guildmates - these Guildmates will only want to run during their daytime and evening (normally) - so, it's generally best to pick the server that is closest to your timezone.

I've encountered many Oceanic in NA, and i've heard they run in EU also - and i have some friends in EU that play on the NA server some days.

So, when in doubt - try them both.

But - you cannot swap toons or gear or wealth from EU Server to NA Server or reverse. Pick one quickly and stick with it.

Why is there no Asian/Oceania server? Isn't TES pretty well known in countries like Japan?

Is sad because for example now im philipines and play in NA servers (if anyday i can dowload game with this low conection of here) and really sometimes i feel some lag...
