Is the Words of the Wind lore book bugged? (Spoilers)

Hi,

I have been grinding lore books in Bangkorai. There is supposed to be one called Words of the Wind and I could not find it without looking at this you tube vid

But

When I follow the vid I find I cannot get to the last location as all the doors are closed and there is no way through.

Sooo... is it bugged or have I missed something obvious?
