Necromancer criminal act has to go !!!

This is absurd to put such a hindrance on a class getting bounties for using their skills. Why be a necromancer if you have to use other skills that are not necromantic to battle is crazy when near people that will call out a bounty on you? I did a quest in Reapers March that had me do 3 separate battle challenges in town and since 3 of my skills are criminal acts my bounty went up like crazy not to mention doing something like 9 arena battles as well for the quest and fans were tagging me with bounties left and right in there, needless to say I walked away with almost 18K bounty because of that one quest. I couldn`t play for a day unless I payed out that gold and what is the purpose of doing quests if you don`t even get enough gold from them to pay for the bounty.

walk around town with the whole vampire look and nothing happens if they want to be that consistent then make those criminal acts as well.

But as we told you, it is planned for Greymoor when the vampires get some love. Being a vampire most likely won't get you in trouble though. We'll have full details when Greymoor hits the PTS.

As for werewolves, don't see the point. Nobody is going to waste 300 ult to transform in town or for overland trash mobs, so unless you hit your ult key by mistake that mechanic is pretty much useless for werewolves.

I'm a healer. No it isn't, and no it doesn't. Keep repeating yourself, but it won't make it true. Every group with a necro in it ends up sucking because they don't have the dps to clear mechanics and they almost always are tryhards who make my job harder.

Can they be decent? Sure with optimal gear sets, one of the good builds, and a bad ass player in control of it.
Still most of those bad ass players usually end up being even more bad ass when they play a decent class.

Idk who you`re playing with that are necromancers they must suck at playing one if you think they are weak and bad because they`re top notch I solo most anywhere I want fairly easy, maybe they`re afraid to use the criminal act skills because they are great. Keep saying what you`re saying doesn`t make it true as well

Ok, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Aside from the terribad randos my RL buddy is really struggling with his. He's not good at builds, and I don't know what to tell him.
Why don't you post your uber build, and the gear set you're using? If it works I'll happily eat crow, and come on here to praise you.

I dont know what youre doing with it if youre struggling with your cro, it is top dps for stam, and does well on mag. It has some of the strongest passives in the game, and they are going to be making some of the clunky animations for certain abilities even more fluid and reliable, so its going to be even more op. As mentioned, it is an advanced class for advanced users though.

edit: Magcro is actually tied with magDK for top mag dps atm

I thought so. Most of the stuff I've looked up don't say good things about the necromancer, but whatever. I hope they do well because I love the concept if not Bethesda's implementation of it.

Check out Liko's youtube videos, they are a great way to see the potential of a class's dps. I swear that guy has to be using macros the way he flawlessly executes every single animation cancel, bash weave, and light attack weave on every single class, but I suppose considering he does it for all of them, its an all things being equal situation.

You chose to play the Class knowing the Penalty for use of the Dark arts. Now you don't like it well then Necro is not for you .. All who play have made a mistake or two and paid the price but we just were more careful the next time..

Yeah, I mean, when I first came to ESO, having played ES2/3/4/5 I didnt think it would be such a big deal to murder ppl, and rack up a huge bounty. Learned very very quickly that getting a bounty in the thousands on a lvl 6 toon, brand new to the game and no source of gold income at the time that that was a bad idea. So, I stopped doing it. Didn't make me start ranting about how the justice system has got to go

idk what quest you're doing to give you so much bounty.... but seriously.... avoiding it REALLY isn't hard.

I made it to 50 no problem and didn`t get any bounty doing it as well but it`s the quests that have you clearing out towns/villages from raiders and the such. I want to play a necromancer not a hybrid class that makes you have to use skills from mages guild or destruction staff so the necro skills that kick ass can`t be used. As for sucking well I can solo undaunted dungeons using the criminal act skills that make things much easier. When I play a class I use the class skills not some from elsewhere because I want to play that class and the skills that come with it. Never said it was hard but it`s annoying to not be able to play a class to it`s full capabilities having to switch to skills that are not part of the chosen class.

you are playing the wrong class then mate the game sticks to their lore in skyrim necromancy is illegal either deal with it or dont play the class lmao
