Thank you very much for your response.
That way can I start in the dungeon as a prisoner? because I saw that everyone started there when the game came out and now that you decide to buy it with the expansions is another story. Sorry for my ignorance, I am new to TESO
As soon as you arrive in the first center for your alliance (once you get off the starter island(s), or you directly teleport to one of them), you get hit up by a 'hooded figure'.
Just accept the quest from that character, and you are off to the main quest (prisoner)
These starter cities would be Stonefalls for Ebonheart pact, Vukhel Guard for Dominion and Daggerfall for Daggerfall Covenant.
Note that the hooded figure *can* appear in DLC's as well, but I don't know exactly where it does or does not.
That's fine. ESO is very flexible but a health warning. On the DLC you meet characters you also meet in the base game for the first time. This means that sometimes you get the story a bit back to front and people you have met before act as if they don't know you or as if quests you've already done haven't happened yet. If you can cope with that, you do whatever you think you'd enjoy the best.
