Just why?

Ok so today while doing fungal grotto 1 vet pledge 3 of us went the skipping way to the final boss,as always but the tank (cp1000+) refused to skip and instead made a scene and finally left.
I mean its fg1... Who doesn't skip mobs in there to get it done as quickly as possible?

if you can't solo that boss you shouldn't be skipping anything

Maybe the tank wanted to farm the set, or wanted an acheivement. You never know.

Just why ppl playing mmos if they dont give a damn about others opinions? Did you talk with your party about such details like mob skipping or something else before you start a dungeon? I bet your ass, that you didnt. Why do you think that other ppl like to do same things as you? If you cant communicate with other ppl for some reasons, developers made rules for you to follow, that helps your group. I guess you dont understand why there are different roles in most mmos?

Ive only been playing 3 months, but in my experience the only people that dont skip the trash in FG are people who dont know how its done.

Most people ive run across in this game so far are pretty cool. But yeah if I saw a guy crying in FG 1, its easier just to kick him than stop and debate..... Thats got to be the easiest dungeon of all to get a replacement.

FG1 is one of the easiest dungeon in the game, even in vet hard mode. Especially when he mention that he has 1k cp.
Either the tanks probably just new toon that want to complete the quest or he want to farm some eq like dreugh king slayer there.
Tbh I hate it too when I have a new toon and want to do quest, the party just skip the whole thing, they don't even bother when I said I'm questing.

If you want the speedrun or no death achievement, you have to do the optional bosses too. What does it have to do with "don't know how it's done"? And as you said already, it's the easiest dungeon, so therefore also the easiest way to farm purple stuff.

So everyone who's skipping, are the ones, who's wasting lots of stuff

I'm sure without the tank they couldn't finish it and had to wait for another.

I think often people just jump behind the one who wants to skip and don't say anything,
because they know, that they can't do it alone. That's awful..

Lmao we have been 3 synchronously jumping down the waterfall,and being honest I have never seen anyone who did complain or didnt want to skip any mobs in vet fg1.

If I go into any dungeon or trial and am the one who wants to do something specific in there then I am the one who has to say something to the group,so if the tank wanted to do something specific like quest or farming then he could have said so at the beginning and we would not have skipped anything.

He didnt say a word why or what he just insulted us as we were standing at the final boss,however ofc we managed it between 3 people so no we didnt had to wait.

You assume stuff without knowing anything,he did leave the group on his own we didnt kick him after he was done insulting us.

If you think that what the tank did is ok,not saying a word that he wants to complete or do something in the dungeon and on top of that even having sich a behaviour towards others when people just wanna complete a pledge quickly without waisting time then you must be the kido in here.

I think doing a dungeon completely is normal.
Skipping or running through is not and should be anounced, too..

The easiest way to prevent such unnecessary mimimi problems is to ask guildmembers instead of going with a random group.
That's what guilds are made for..

So, maybe the tank was selfish, but complaining about meeting the first person who didn't was your opinion is a bit strange, too.
Imagine everyone would open a thread to share hate again a player who doesn't do what the other one thinks is the only right way?
And at least if you and the two others could end the dunegon alone, as you said, there's really nothing to complain about.

Forming a group to meet new people, joke and have fun, and maybe speedrun ♥♥♥♥ later on once you know what each other are up to and how you guys want to play.



I haven't played a MMO in a long time so I find it strange that even in the guilds ( you can belong to 5 wtf) they dont chat as a guild on mic. Its afk queues and people running these things speed style with no talking at all. How the Hell is that supposed to be fun?

Am not sharing hate am just actually spechless there are people who dont want to save time by doing stuff they have done dozens of times.
I did Bloodroot dungeon for the first time yesterday and people showed skipping ways to avoid a few mobs,for me it just seems like the most normal thing in the world to do.

Tho asking in guilds sometimes helps I agree and speeds up the process but Mondays there are just like less people online or is at least what I can see,dunno.

This is one of the reasons why I'm really dubious about trying dungeons when I've levelled up. It seems that there is a load of rules and no forgiveness if you inadvertently break them. Doesn't seem like fun to me.

Most guilds have discord channels and for some dungeons or trial runs they use voicechat.
