Japanese Language

Is it somehow possible to use the japanese language on the EU version?

Not really, maybe there is a translation addon on minion but I doubt it. The international version only supports 3 languages and the ♥♥♥ version is geolocked(so unless you have a vpn with a ♥♥♥ location that one is out).
Technically you could make a full translation by creating an addon from scratch. But that's ton of work. Just look at polish and russian addons.

does i theoretically need the language files only? because there is an ingame command to change the language

To my knowledge the game is only in English, French and German with regard to the voice acting which I am pretty sure no addon can change. Here is an addon site but didn't see and language packs.

There are russian language packs I know because i have seen youtube videos with cyrillic letters.
