What would a Goblin Slayer build be?

Here is what I thought of so far.

Class: Stamina DK or NB (I'm leaning a bit NB, but not sure)
Armor: Medium
Weapon: Sword & Shield
Race: Imperial, since they get good buffs for health, stamina, and sword & shield.

That's all I got....I haven't played this game in forever. What do you guys think?

I'm pretty sure that would be a classless build, since the guy doesn't use magic except for scrolls, and rarely. He would be more about fighter's guild and assault alliance war, with vigor,caltrops and trap beast, and of course sword and shield.

Doesn't Templar use a ton of magic abilities or is it more kind of self-boost abilities. I think it's fine if he had a bunch of self-boosting abilities.

Ya, that's the issue I fell into when trying to put a class on him. I ended up just putting him in NB or DK because of that reason. Though I do think you are spot on with the guilds and trap-based abilities.
