Male nord walks and run like female ?

Is it the case with all male characters or did i make some mistake while creating this character ?

It sounds like your mistake may be related more to your weird ideas about gender than with a mistake in character creation. I know some people come to this game from Skyrim, and some of the Skyrim mods give people... who don't interact that much with women in real life... some really, really strange and messed up ideas about how women walk, dress, talk, etc. But no, the male Nords in this game walk perfectly normally, as do the female Nords, as do all the characters of all races and genders. (I mean, once you accept the idea of humanoid cats and lizards, of course.)

If you have shadow of the hist dlc

go in any of them dungeons, you will get the brave personality, search youtube , see if you like it, or crown store offers some other personalities might be you liking.
