Pickpocket maxed out, 100% chance for it and...

I'm getting detected half of the time.

If I get detected half of the time, game should not show a 100% chance, in green letters.

If there was a witness around it, I could understand, but there was none, and still I get detected, with 100% chance for pickpocketing.

Stealing in this game is broken. Fix the code, ZOS.

I'm thinking it's more a long the lines of bad timing,as it may say 100% but just before you try,it changes but the UI never catches up.As Ive had it say 50% and just change out of thin air to less/more without me or the target moving and nobody else around.I think it just a quirk of how it calculates and displaying on the U.I.

Though I really only due the pickpocket for quest and such,because it's just not worth the time and effort and risk,just better things to do with my time but that is just me.

I thing this must be the cheater who always kills you in PvP because everyone knows noone could beat you unless he is cheating so this guys hired the best hackers in the world and paid them with some candy and this guys manipulate the very essence of the game that you get caught when stealing stuff.
And it is always a good thing to write in a forum were Zenimax never read anything .....

Which zone are you on? If you're close to Cyrodiil, the lag caused by constant cheating might affect you, interrupting your pickpocket.
