playing The Elder Scrolls Online just baught summerset it said its installed but how do you get into it..i didnt get the 11.09 baught the 14 buck one upgrade said i all ready owned The Elder Scrolls Online

If you start a new character you will auto start in summerset.
Newly created characters with Summerset access will start in Summerset.

Established characters will need to travel there after receiving the quest "The Queen's Decree." To obtain the quest, open your Collections, go to "Stories" and accept the quest "The Queen's Decree."

First-time travelers can take a boat to Shimmerene in Summerset. Boats can be accessed in Wayrest, Anvil, and Mournhold. In Elden Root, speak to Ciryelda. Alternatively, you can use a Wayshrine to travel to Summerset.

Can you still do the tutorial part where u have to save the blind guy from molag bals prison thing in the dead soul area ? ....its been a while since ive played just bought the game again tho kinda wanna do tutorial area again haha
