How to buy all Expansions, DLC

I have the base game and want to buy everything. Is it even possible to do that on steam. It says I already have the game when I try to buy elyswehr.

I’m very confused.

1 - subcribe to eso+ for 6 monthes
2 - wait for black friday or sales
3- Buy every DLC at -30% with ESO+ crowns in the crown store.

Final price 60 euros, 70$

Note that you still have to buy elsweyr, summerset and morrowind with real money on steam or official website if it s not included in the version you already bought of ESO.

Buy/pre-order Elsweyr and it will give you Morrowind and Summerset. Then from Crown store buy Mega-pack Guilds and Glory = Imperial City, Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood and Orsinium. Need to buy Clockwork City by itself.

Ugh, I checked the digital upgrade pre-order bonus and it does NOT include Summerset and Morrowind. Only new subscribers will get the chapters included. Not cool ZOS

If you own any package containing the base game on Steam, but not on the official ESO website, you can buy the full (not upgrade) Elsweyr package containing Summerset and Morrowind there.

The same should work vice versa.
