Well the previous one was for the anniversary of Imperial City DLC so it was obviously required to have it, like other anniversaries (Orsinium, Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, nothing yet for Clockwork City though).
"Real", open-to-all events are listed in the achievements. Mid year mayhem was held recently, next one is witches festival sometime near Halloween, I think.
That is unless they changed things... but last I looked they haven't.
Though you can visit it directly in game too, entrance is somewhere in the college ruins (where the crypt of Moawita is located). They'll give us the unfurnished version, but it's still quite an amazing (and huge) house.
5% over the Friday’s night...isn’t good indeed.
Unlikely to hit 100% unless a surge of players get triggered to do the achievement.
In the best case scenario we won’t reach 100% and Zen be like: ”Awwww, you didn’t get it? Well, too bad for you! Here, take 5% off for this villa for a limited time. Oh, btw, there is also a bunch of interesting stuff to buy in our marvellous crown store too! Happy Halloween guys!”
Otherwise we get nothing. Even those 66% for the mount will be barelly reached. Not that I am complainig or anything. I love this game the way it is and those free cosmetic items are awesome already. But this last event feels out of place, forcing to reach unreachable with effort to boost sales.
