Wreaking blow vs Dizzing Swing

I just used my skill point change to change from wreaking blow to Dizzing swing and I’m not sure if I made the right decision. I usually play PvE.

For pve go wrecking blow.

like 737 said, in pve wrecking blow is best. Weave your light attacks after the skill. For pvp dizzy swing is way better though.
