How should i build my stam dk dual wield redguard?

Hey guys, got this game last month. Im currently cp 200 and found that my damage is severely lacking.

What are the skills i should use? Where should i put my cp points? What about the gear?

That's mainly for PvE, for PvP people generally prefer a two-handed weapon
