Can't use skills or my ultimate.

I am going to try keeping this breif while still giving enough details on my problem. Basically my issue is that I can't use any of my skills at all, I am trying to repair the game as I type this, but if that does not work I have hope for an answer on here. So the thing is if I try tapping any of my number keys or the R the use my skills like for example my vamipric drain, my ultimate ability, or any of my other specials they just don't work, the skills tab does not even show up like it is suppose to while you are in combat.

I had this problem twice already and it is getting ♥♥♥♥ing annoying really. I just want to play my without having these stupid problems and issues. I did try asking for help from the in-game support feature, but of course they never actually help you and they hardly ever answer you within a reasonable amount of time. Would probably just be best to ask the community on here instead of the lazy ♥♥♥ staff. Thanks and hopefully one of you can help me fix this crap.

Unfortunately repairing it did nothing for my problem I am having here. Please help me fix this so I can get back to my game.

- turnoff addons
- rolldodge
- replace skills

It happens to me sometimes too
All skills get greyed out and unuseable in the middle of a fight, usually both bars
It lasts 5 or 10 seconds, then everything goes back to normal

Now, if it is permanent, it is something else
Could be add on, lag spike, stupid things like no / wrong weapon equiped or empty bars after a skill reset...etc

Okay I will give that one a try real quick. I don't see how just doing that stuff can actually fix this type of issue though.

Maybe try reconfiguring to some different keys. Put ultimate on your mouse. Just to experiment maybe. Swap your keyboard/mouse. I had a mouse problem which was kind of similar. Got a gaming mouse and it was much better.

Hmm seems that somehow my skills bar was completely empty, I don't know how that happened since I never empty my skills bar, but at least problem is solved now. I appreciate the help and advice everyone, thanks.
