Guilds are broken for all or just forme?

I have problem that I can't make guild, neither I can trade in any guild trader. Is this game issue or my account issue???

What happens when you try to create a guild? Do you get any error messages? If you _did_ create a guild and can't see it, did you make sure that it has at least 2 members so that it will be visible in the Guilds tab?

What do you mean exactly ny "can't trade in any guild trader". You cannot sell items to or through guild traders unless you're a member of the guild that owns him. You should be able to _buy_ from guild traders at any time though.

I too had this issue gets solved by relog or travelling to other zones apart from that nothing gets fixed in this game!!!

On guild creation i get no error message just notification in upper right corner that "social and dispaly name functiona re disabled on this server"
When I activate existing guild traders I get ony Goodbye option, no trading at all.

No matter how much i traver all over whole Tamriel I do not get anything else.

Weird. Which server are you playing on? Are you by chance playing from a Russian or Chinese IP?

Are you using any mods that affect trading, such as "Master Merchant"?

Also, just to make sure - you _are_ playing on the official servers, not on the PTS (Public Testing Server), right?

Edit: Also, check this conversation - I don't know if this still applies (it's 2 years old), but could you have been subjected to this "social ban"?

EU server, played from EU, I removed all addons with no change.
will check with support about social ban.

i used STEAM to log in make ESO acc,a nd now i can't log in to ESO support page as it does not recognize STEAM login... really...
