PLEASE HELP. ESO crashes as soon as I press Play. 370+ hours without this problem.

Help me. Please. I want to play my ESO again. I need to claim my daily .-.

I have played ESO for weeks on end, 380 plus hours so far and this problem has not occured once.
Earlier I was having a problem about the process already having files in use and having to repair it in the launcher or some other crap like that.

Now that I've restarted my PC, I open the game and press PLAY on the launcher, and it doesn't even take five seconds, the game opens, and immediately it says "We're sorry. The Elder Scrolls Online has quit unexpectedly." "To help us diagnose and fix the problem, please submit this crash report." and then it has a box to describe what you were doing at the time of the crash. Then it has Crash Report Details. Any luck? I get the same behavior and message but error code 11. ESO support is... less than helpful.

I'm having the same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. Now the patch stalls out and closes the launcher. Every gamer in my house is having the same issue. I have no idea how to fix this. Steam support won't help because it's not their game. I go to bethesda to open a ticket but for some reason there is no submit button. No clue what to do now.

doesn't even give me the option. and no matter how many times I do a fresh install I can't validate files either

Yeah, no option to repair. I got my issue resolved but it's pretty clear this isn't going to be a one size fits all issue. I ended up deleting the launcher folder completely but leaving everything else as is. When I clicked on play in steam it went through the download/install and then worked - mostly. After it finished installing I hit play and it... installed again. Now it works. I knew it was a mistake going through steam for this but I'm too invested now.

I've deleted everything multiple times. so far nothing is working. I really wish now, that I didn't purchase through steam. Although since I can't get a submit button on my tech help ticket on ESO online site, I'm none to happy with them either.
