Black torch icons on the map
So i have heard that those black torch icons means that there is an entrance to some dungeon with a skything, and it seem to be true. when collecting them the torch icon turns white.

But then i found 2 caves where i already picked up that thing and the icon is still black, is this a bug or something?

No, the delve icon turns white when you kill the boss, not when you get the shard.

delves are basically solo dungeons.

But i have killed everything on the map many times already and it never turns white =X

If there are a lot of other players in the Delve with you they are most likely rushing to the Boss and killing it before you are seeing it. The Boss usually will be the only mob in the Delve with a unique name. They are usually either in the furthest room from the entrance or if there is a one-way door near the entrance they are in the room on the other side of it.

You need to get the addon skyshard hunter. It will mark all the skyshards on your map both in delves and above ground. Very useful. Skyshards are not related to completing any quests but there are achievements related to getting all the shards in a zone. Black means not completed. The achievement lists are a good way in game to determine if you got everything in a zone so it is a good idea to browse it and understand how it functions if you are a completionist.

I would recommend the Map Pins addon:

http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1881-MapPins.html

Just be sure to cut and paste the "Map Pins" directory out of the directory it unpacks to, with the version number. Otherwise it won¨t work.

Yeah, but I was unable to get it running on my PC and I gave up.
