Addtionally, you can just queue for that specific dungeon in activity finder. If you already have three players, then it shouldn't take long for the activity finder to fill that slot for you.
They are just bigger delves
Easy to solo, very easy with a group
Group dungeons are instanced, it is you and your group, noone else can enter
They are all harder than public dungeons and bosses have quite a lot of PV and some mechanics
Difficulty, some are still easy, some are much harder, plus, there is a veteran difficulty for bigger challenge and reward
There are only 2 public dungeons in Morrowind, no instanced
Both will be very easy with a group
Yes, like people just told you, you just need to enter the dungeon from the map using the door, like you would enter any other structure. You don't have to use the dungeon finder to do a dungeon.
