Potions are useless

Potions need a fix. Not on the timer, but on the effects. I drank a potion to restore health, the potion is of my own level, but it restores only 5% of my health, if even less. Sometimes I dont even notice the health being restored, its like nothing.

Mmm, base pots, the worst ones, restore 6500+ PV at their level, no matter the level
So, unless you have 120k+ PV...they sure as hell restore much more than 5%...30% generally

Now, drinking a pot while taking hits, sure...but taking hits is not a pot problem, it is a player problem

Every class has access to heal skill very early
Pots are just to help, not to sustain health

Was that in Cyrodiil or the Imperial City? Potions are much less noticeable in these areas since you automatically get a buff to your health and a debuff to your healing while you're there. Both effects work together to make the potion effect almost unnoticable at times.

Potions are definitely not useless. Wait until you need to have a spell power or weapon power potion up at all times
