[SOLVED] ALL the DLCs I bought with crowns are gone
I created a character then bought ESO Plus. Then I bought DLCs with all the crowns it gave me. Then I noticed that I was in the wrong server so I deleted my character then made a new one in EU server. Now ALL the DLCs I bought are gone (I can play it but it says "Unlock Permanently" with crowns, and Crown Store says I didn't bought them) and I have no crowns. I thought things (especially DLCs) I bought with Crowns would be bound to my account and not only on 1 character.

Items bought with crowns are bound to the server you buy them on. You will still have access to the DLCs on the NA server. However, you will have to buy them a second time (unfortunately) if you want to have access to them on the EU server as well.

If you go back to the server you bout the DLCs they should still be there The DLCs stay on what ever server you buy them on

That's very sad and frustrating. All of my crowns and my real life money are wasted. I wish I knew they were server specific. When my ESO+ expires I don't want to play the DLCs with 999+ ping but nothing can be done about it. Thank you for the response.

Asking ESO support if they can transfer the DLCs to the EU server might be worth a shot. The chance that they'll actually do it is probably rather low, but you might get lucky.

I'll try thanks. I didn't see any "purchases are server-specific" warning in-game, they need to add it, but maybe I'm just blind.

Game asks: What location you are in, NA or EU. you made the mistake. Buy ESO+ for EU and play the crap out of the dlc's while you have acess.

I got a mini-heartattack when you said "Buy ESO+ for EU". ESO+ is not server-specific I just checked and it's active even when I'm in EU server.

Perhaps you can try support

Especially as you are an ESO+ member
They are more likely to be flexible as you are a paying customer

Nothing is guaranted, but f you ask politely and explain the situation...who knows...

When you go ESO + , you don't need to buy DLC's they are automaticly add to your account.

As others have said, try asking support. Politely explain your situation. If you've only recently made the purchase they may be able to help. It's worth a shot anyway.

In case you've not used support before, you will receive a generic automated response the first time you put in a ticket. Reply to this response, explaining your mistake again, and it will go to a live person.

Good luck!

Pharsing your character data from one server to another is available in multiple mmo games. Send a ticket with inquiry if such feat is also available to be performed in ESO.
