Favorite class/race for healer? Also any good healer builds?

What do you guys think is the best race/class combo to play as a healer? Also are there any good builds out there for a healer?

Race: Breton(Great), Argonian(Great), Dark Elf(Good), or High Elf(Good).

Class: Templar(Best) or Warden(Good).

You want a full on Magic build wearing Light Armor and a Resto Staff. At level 15 pick up Destro Staff as a secondary as this will make you a pretty good DPS as well.

I personally run a Breton Templar Healer. I can insta heal for over 10K a whole group at a time. With my Destro Staff I can also hit about 30k+ DPS.

as stam dd, when i see a warden heal i want to leave grp immediatly, templer only choice for good healer

It really depends on the rest of your build. Templar Magic builds generally are very good for PvP. Warden Healer builds not so much.

Yes... My bad... I always seem to overlook the Black Marsh lizard folk. I edited my first post to include them. I restructured it a little as well. Breton and Argonian are about even as Bretons get 10% more Magic and a reduction in Spell costs. Argonians get a gain in Healing and a minor Magic gain. They kind of even out as the best two races. Dark Elves are good for those who also want to use some Stamina abilities as they get a minor bump in both Magic and Stamina. High Elves get some Magic gains but are better for DPS than Healing.
