Different alliances playing together
I had a lvl 18 character from when I played a bit some time ago, a few friends decided to get the game now on the sale, but ended creating characters of a different alliance, I know that it's possible to quest together for most or all PvE content, but heard a lot of the endgame stuff goes by Cyrodill that is a free for all PvP area.

So I ask for the veterans around, it's ok to just go let it be and play with them on my older dif alliance character, or later by the endgame the different alliance would make it harder/impossible to play together?

Trying to decide if I just wait a day or two till they get to my level 18, or if should be better to create a new character and rush a bit to catch with them.

(I can guess that is not to hard catch with them, I just like a bit more my older character/race so if not really a problem I would prefer to just keep playing him).

And thanks for the aswers! :)

Cyrodiil is not a free for all. You are on different alliances so you will be enemies. You can't do PvP together.
As for what you should do, nobody can answer that for you. It's subjective.

Yep, my real question is if actually the endgame have a lot of stuff that diferent alliances can't do together, or if is just Cyrondiil, and if Cyrondiil is the only late game or if there's other maps diferents by the endgame that different alliances could do together.

alliances are only for cyrodiil. And there is no endgame map. Cyrodiil is the RvR area. PvE is about raids and dungeons.

Honestly, if they are good friends and all of you intend to invest some time into this game, it would just be better to be all in the same alliance

Yep, you can quest and all together without being in same alliance, PvE wont be affected at all
...but anything PvP, you will be enemies

None of you has much investment, so, rolling new characters in same alliance shouldnt be too hard

My opinion anyway

So out of cyrodiil and the PvP there's nothing I can't do with my friends of a diferent alliance right? Thanks! :)

Yeah I thinked of rolling a new character, but we don't usualy do mutch PvP at all, so probably it will not be a problem. I've enjoyed a lot my Norn and like his character model and stuff, at same time I've never enjoyed the elfs very mutch (My pals went for Alemeri) haha ^^'
Maybe later I'll do a Kgajiit for cyrodiil stuff, but for now I think i'll just keep going on my norn.

You won't be able to form a group with your friends in Cyrodiil and in the Imperial City. This means you can't do the PvE quests or daily missions in these two areas together with your friends. You also can't work together with them to build up your "Assault" and "Support" skill lines, which both include skills that are very useful in PvE. You can't do the dolmens in Cyrodiil together. You can't hunt for skyshards together with your friends in these areas. You can't farm for special gear in these areas together.

I would recommend to start a new character, and to buy the "any race, any alliance" upgrade if you want to play a race that isn't part of the alliance your friends play in. You start with 500 crowns when you create your ESO account, so buying a one-month subscription would give you enough crowns to buy that upgrade, plus all other subscription perks.

If you are in a different alliance than your friends, you can group together and cooperate in PvE (everywhere but Cyrodiil, and some quests that are solo only). However, the moment you step in Cyrodiil the game considers anyone belonging to eithor of the other two alliances an enemy, even if it is a friend. You can do thingsa if you happen to be on the same campaign but it won't be cooperative but rather competetive.
