What difference does it make? Anyone can play on any server
There is a japanese server but it's geolocked to japanese soil and you can only connect with it with the japanese version which is in japanese.
Hi
I access the US server from SG. Ping is usually between 250 and 300. I don't get lag spikes often so it's definitely playable. I guess it depends a bit on the connection quality in your location.
i buy ESO without knowing that there is NO ASIAN server.
sure you can play PVE with 250-300 ping, but sadly there is alot of ping spikes at certain time almost everyday especially after new dlc launch and free week, which you have to play with ping spikes almost every 30 seconds.
BTW endgame content like vet trial and pvp will become unbearable even with 250 ping (as for trial, your damage is limited without attack weaving and precise slot swapping)
while you seem to be patient i clearly not, i still try to figure it out this 1 problem, lag spikes.
(port forwarding fix this issue but someone forbid me for doing it, and he calls me idiot for that LOL)
Nonsense. I'm doing well in PvP and trials. As Cpt. Stern says, there may be the occasional disconnect (once every 10+ sessions) but that's not a big issue.
I very rarely get any kind of rubber banding or other lag related phenomenon and when I do it's usually server wide (I.e. my friend in the US gets it too).
At PR 350 and over I start to get concerned.
