Where do i buy furniture for my house?

Ive visited like 5 different furniture merchants and they sell just junk stones,crates and trees There isnt any bed/boockshelf anything good so how do i get furniture?

Most of furnitures come from craft. Some small items may be looted in chests or cupboards, some trophies on dungeon bosses. The only things you can buy are achievement furnitures, plants and raw material to make custom structures (stone blocks, wood planks etc.).

If you have no ambition of becoming a crafter yourself, buy furniture from guild trader stands.
You find those in every major city.

You can also buy furniture from within the home. When you are there, hit F5, as you would to furnish the home with your existing furniture. It's been a long time since I've done this, so I can't remember exactly where the tab is that allows you to buy, but I vaguely recall that you select Buy (for store items) instead of Browse (items you already own). But someone else might have a more detailed memory of how to navigate that window.

_However_, unless you are in a real hurry to decorate, I don't recommend doing this, as it is fairly expensive, and uses crowns instead of in-game gold. Otherwise, I would do as others have suggested, and level up your crafting skills and collect crafting recipes. It takes time, but they drop from literally everything: you can find them in chests, desks, urns, holiday reward boxes (be sure to do all daily holiday events), and many other sources, just from playing the game normally. You can also get furnishing items from a variety of sources: bosses, stealing from desks, fishing, holiday reward boxes, etc.

What level are you? How long have you been playing? Have you worked on crafting at all?

But seriously, the guy asked where to buy furniture, such as beds, bookcases, etc. yet people (Aside from you, who actually responded with the right answer) just respond "Just craft it lel" instead of giving the proper answer of Guild Stores, Crown Store, Trading, yadda yadda.

Depends where you go, the faction capitals/starting zone guild traders have lots.

You're pretty cocky for a guy who's been playing the game for about five minutes.

Before you grammar police someone else-- who incidentally may not even be a native English speaker-- you might want to check your own basic reading comprehension. He asked _two_ questions: first, where he could BUY furniture, and second, where he could GET furniture. Obviously the answers to the first question are more limited, so clearly people have focused on the second question in order to give him the broadest possible set of solutions. Additionally, with respect to buying, he never limited his question to in-game gold v. crowns.

In other words, son, sit down, check your (unwarranted) ego, and learn a few things from people who've been playing the game far longer than you have.

i would recommend looking on tamriel trade center if you know which kind of item you are looking for, it scans items on guild traders people will the ttc add on visit
