Heavy or Light Armor for Dunmer Magicka Dragonknight?
I am currently playing a Dark Elf dragonknight that is magic based. Every level I am putting all my points in magicka, but I am currently unsure of which armor to go with in the long run. I'm aware both have their benefits, but out of these, which would you recommend? Or perhaps a mix of both light and heavy armor?

Heavy chest, medium legs and light for the rest (so you can have the 5 pieces passives of light armor). With undaunted passives you'll have some extra resources with a setup like this. That's how I run mine, at least.

Light armor = magicka
Medium = stamina
Heavy = health

As said above, it's worth to have all 3 armor types with that Undaunted passive. But have 5 of the armor type that helps with your main resource.
Although there is nothing wrong with wearing just 1 armor type either. Some of the passives for armor give a bonus for each piece equipped so with 7 equipped you get more out of those passives than with just 5

Only putting stats into magic? You are going to be a really weak and useless player in PvP thats a guarantee.

And yet you want a magDK to put points into stamina.

He's being rude, as seems to be the popular thing to do in forums. There is a point to it however. At endgame, I have 22 points in character health and the rest (44?) in magika or stamina depending on the build.

Even if you are PvE, you will most likely end up in dungeons where you are one-shot by bosses or group attacks. Even in the world, larger enemy groups might take your out. As a healer, I get frustrated when players don't block or dodge attacks- expecting me to heal them through it. I can't heal dead. Don't be one-shot. :steamhappy:

Yes the main point here is getting easily killed in end game if you don't put points into health you will get one shot killed.

Yes I do want him to put points into stamina as a magic based dragonknight.

Are you aware that blocking is an effective way to not die and that stamina is used for blocking?

Get a clue noobs.

Well I am not doing pvp just yet. I am doing pve and quests and am level 26 currently and what I am mostly concerned about is a good mix of survivability and killing power.
